  • Emergency Information CheckList

    Below is a list of requested information that we need when calling the police.  The more information you can provide, the better we can handle your call.

    * Location - Name and address of building

    * What is the problem happening at this location?

    * When did this happen?

    * Was anyone injured?

    * Is the suspect still there? If he left, how did he leave? (Car, foot, etc)

    * If he left on car, please provide the vehicle description (CYMBALS) - Color, year, Make/Model, Body Style, Additional Information, License/State, Description of Travel

    * How many people were involved?

    * Descriptions of the suspect/subjects (Age/Race/Sex/Clothing Descriptions/Height/Weight/Hair Color and Description /Eye Color

    * Was anything taken? (Property, etc)

    * If so, where did the suspect put the items?
